• Design and implement marketing strategies which aligned with business targets and liaise with internal teams to ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
• Plan and execute marketing campaign to generate brand awareness and leads to help achieve the business result;
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs);
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance of marketing campaigns based on the insights;
• Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and products;
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience or feedback across multiple channels and customer touch points;
• Collaborate with agencies and local vendor partners.
• Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns, establishing brand awareness, and leads generation.

* Strong interpersonal, organizational and management skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization, and across multiple time zones

* Excellent organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects/plans and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
* Bilingual (Chinese & English) language skill is preferred
